Orders’ delivery, consignments and insurance:
venturisystem no longer accepts cash on delivery because of certain rather dishonest customers. Generally, all orders are processed within 48 hours. The purchased products will be delivered by pony express, during working days, to the address specified by the customer. Besides the products ordered, the consignment also contains the related accompanying invoice or receipt note for fiscal purposes. Costs related to forwarding charges are determined automatically during the order stage on the basis of the weight and volume of your order. We always advise you to buy more than one product at the time in order to save on the forwarding charges, in fact on every additional purchase you are entitled to a discount on the consignment.  In case of a non-collection of the consignment in stock at the courier’s warehouse because of the impossibility of delivering to the address mentioned by the Customer, the order will be sent back to venturisystem and forwarding charges will be credited.

Il nostro punto vendita non è aperto al pubblico, tutti gli ordini verrano esclusivamente spediti tramite corriere espresso al recapito del cliente.

Consegna degli ordini, spedizioni ed assicurazione:
I prodotti acquistati saranno consegnati con corriere espresso al domicilio specificato dal cliente durante tutti i giorni lavorativi. La spedizione contiene oltre ai prodotti ordinati anche la relativa fattura accompagnatoria o scontrino fiscale. I costi concernenti le spese di spedizione sono determinati automaticamente nella fase di ordinazione in base al perso ed al volume del vostro ordine. La spedizione assicurata deve essere espressamente richiesta in fase di acquisto.

Tipologie di spedizione:
Venturisystem spedisce in tutta Italia con DHL  e consegna in 24 / 48 ore (giorni lavotativi), rispetto alla data di partenza. Gli ordini vengono evasi tutti i giorni dal Lunedi al Venerdi escluso festivi. Venturisystem consegna in tutto il mondo. A spedizione avvenuta DHL invierà un email con le informazioni di tracciatura del pacco.

Costi di spedizione:
Il costo della spedizione nazionale di un kit è di 10 euro. Il costo della spedizione internazione varia in base al paese di destinazione. E' disponibile anche il contrassegno con il contributo aggiuntivo di 5 euro.
